Freelance and Theatrical Interpreter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Howdy and welcome to my little corner of the Internet. My name is Paula Dunn and I have worked as a freelance and theatrical interpreter as well as workshop presenter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities for well over 20 years. If I get too specific, you’ll guess my age.

I have held certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf for that same period of time. I receive Continuing Education Units to maintain my certification and stay abreast of developments in the areas of American Sign Language and interpreting. As required by the State of Idaho, I also have a license that permits me to interpret in Idaho. My Idaho License number is SIGN-3480. If you click here, it will take you to the Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses for further proof.

I love the field of interpreting. Each assignment brings a learning opportunity. Please contact me if you need an interpreter in the Coeur d’Alene / Sandpoint / Bonners Ferry area of northern Idaho. On occasion, you may coerce me to the Spokane, Washington area as well. You can reach me at (714) 267-2456 or if you complete the “Contact Me” page, you can provide more specific information as to your needs.
